Manage rotating messages displayed at the top of the site

Ticker Tape Status
Turn the ticker tape on or off from the homepage
Animation Speed
Control how fast the ticker tape scrolls (in seconds per full cycle)

Lower values = faster scrolling. Try 30-90 seconds for best readability.

When enabled, the ticker pauses when a visitor hovers their mouse over it, making it easier to read.
