The Ramsey Art Trail is a free, self-guided walk through the town's public art. From large-scale murals to hidden details, the trail takes you through streets and spaces you might otherwise walk straight past.

There are currently over 40 artworks on the trail, with more being added as new pieces are commissioned and installed. Each one has its own story, and the app gives you the context behind what you're looking at.

Walk it in any order, at any pace. Start wherever you like.

Add it to your phone

The Ramsey Art Trail works like a proper app on your phone. It shows you where each artwork is, tells you about the artist and the piece, and lets you track which ones you've visited. No app store needed.

Open the app

Then add it to your home screen

Once you've opened the app, follow these steps to install it. It'll appear on your home screen just like any other app, and it works offline too.

iPhone or iPad

  1. 1Open the app link above in Safari (it won't work in Chrome on iPhone)
  2. 2Tap the Share buttonat the bottom of the screen
  3. 3Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  4. 4Tap Add in the top right corner

Android

  1. 1Open the app link above in Chrome
  2. 2Tap the three dots menuin the top right
  3. 3Tap Install app or Add to Home screen
  4. 4Tap Install to confirm

Once installed, the Art Trail will appear on your home screen with its own icon. It opens in full screen, just like a regular app.
